Our space
Our workspace is freshly renovated, modern and inviting. It has plenty of beautiful natural light (and lots of environmentally friendly light bulbs and floor lamps for people who tend to work after dark). It has several individual workstations, plenty of whiteboards for presenting ideas, a full service kitchenette, complete with espresso maker, kettle, refrigerator and microwaves, and multiple excellent vending machines.
Founder & Principal, Moving Beyond
Aparna Rae is a multi-startup founder, working at the intersection of Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity (DEI). As the Co-Founder at Humanalysts, Aparna helps connect the dots between an organization’s unique data, and the concrete actions they can take to improve their overall holistic workplace health. As an award winning entrepreneur, Aparna understands the complexities for small and medium businesses working to have a positive impact on the world.
As the Founder and Principal at Moving Beyond, she leads strategy and implementation of highly impactful DE&I efforts across all sectors, including at The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Premera Blue Cross, Windermere Real Estate, and Nordstrom. and uses her expertise to help.
Prior to Moving Beyond and Humanalysts, she launched Firki, India’s first online teacher education platform supporting 1 million educators in its first year and in 2019 she launched Future for Us, a platform to advance women of color at work and grew a professional community of 11,000.
Our Location
Work offices are located in the top five floors of one of the city’s premier office buildings. Designed for maximum breathing room, each floor is filled with natural light and comfortable furnishings. There is plenty of parking in the vicinity, and our offices are easily accessible by all forms of public transportation. Anyone arriving by bicycle or scooter is invited to lock up their vehicle inside, protecting it from the elements.
Chief Science Officer & Founder, Humanalysts
Nicole DeKay is the Founder and Chief Science Officer of Humanalysts. With a PHD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Nicole is highly accredited in measuring, analyzing, and understanding the workplace experience, and she combines her intellectual expertise with a decade of experience launching internal businesses and driving organizational transformation to bring actionable, data-driven insights to all Humanalysts’ clients.
While at Boeing, the world’s largest aerospace company, Nicole launched the used parts program valued at $3B before quitting to pursue her education in people science.
Now, Nicole is focused on helping small and medium-sized companies grow in the same innovative ways by building a safe and secure workplace for their employees.
